Having a weak erection is just as bad as being impotent (ask any sexually active woman). A weak erection is an erection that is not hard enough to provide satisfactory sexual stimulation for a sexual partner during sexual intercourse.

Causes of weak erections are:

a)    Diet high in fat
b)    Anxiety
c)    Age
d)    Smoking
e)    Penile injury
f)    Depression
g)    Stress
h)    Obesity
i)    High alcohol intake
j)    Substance abuse
k)    Lack of regular exercise
l)    Low self esteem
m)    Frequent masturbation
n)    Multiple sclerosis
o)    Hormonal disorder
p)    Cardiovascular disorder
q)    Side effects of certain medications e.g. anti-depressants

Weak erections can be cured with the following treatments:

1)    Herbal Remedies

a)    Butea Superba – this herb is “superb” for treating weak erections because stimulates the flow of blood to the penile area during arousal. It eliminates weak erections, it increases the size of the male organ, giving it a “rock hard” erection and it also gives its user staying power.

b)    Shilajit – this is a natural extract which is gotten from the Himalaya rocks, shilajit contains a lot of iron, and lot of other valuable mineral (49 to be precise). It is very famous for curing weak erections and for boosting the sex drive.

c)    Safed Musli – this herb is used for naturally treating impotence, it is a 100% sex tonic with no negative side effects.  This herb can be found in hundreds of male sexual health supplements.

2)    Natural Remedies

a)    Reduce stress: studies have shown that stress leads to a number of sexual dysfunctions. Try as much as possible to take time to relax, maybe that just what your male organ needs in order to get up and go go go!
b)    Change your lifestyle: if you are a smoker and experiencing weak erections, it about time you quit smoking (besides, it a nasty habit anyway). Stop taking so-called recreational drugs and stop drinking like a fish.
c)    Exercise regularly: exercise helps to increase circulation and also helps you lose weight. Obesity also leads to weak erections too.
d)    Sleep well: getting a good night’s sleep can help you combat weak erections
e)    Stay away from over processed foods: processed foods are known to contain too much fat, which can definitely lead to weak erections.
f)    Stop eating foods that contain too much sugar:  if you are a sweet-tooth and experiencing weak erection, you have to cut back on your sugar intake.

3)    Penile Implants

Penile implants have been used to treat weak erections. The implant is completely concealed; believe it, after the implants are done via surgery no one would be any the wiser. There are two types of implants namely:

I.    The semi-rigid type penile implant – this penile implant keeps the male organ rigid all the time. What happens when you are not having sex? You simply bend the male organ downwards.

II.    The hydraulic type penile implant – a pump is implanted in the scrotum and when this pump is activated the male organ stiffens.

If you are considering penile implants consult your physician, he or she will tell you if you are a right candidate for this procedure.

Q&A:

PSCMJ84 asked What is the cheapest way to get into shooting rifles?

This weekend I shoot a 22 rifle for the time. What is a cheap but decent brand for rifles? Also, where is the best place (preferably online) to find used rifles?

And got the following answer:

To get started a .22LR is the best choice there is. Rimfire ammo, .22LR especially is a tiny fraction of the price of small centerfire rounds like .223 or .308.

A Ruger 10/22 as another guy suggested, is an awesome choice. There’s no need to buy a used .22, they’re quite cheap. Plus, as you learn more and get into it, 10/22’s are the absolute best for customizing. There are a million different things you can do, put higher quality barrels on, optics, anything you want.

The 77/22 they make is good too if you want a bolt-action.

If you’re just getting a .22 any local gunstore will have one of these, but Gunbroker is a good site, it’s like E-bay for firearms. I’d just buy new though for a .22.

Dreamer asked How old do you have to be to buy a .22 rifle in texas?

And please forgive me, all I know in gun terms is the incredibly obvious stuff.
So I’m going to ask dumb questions…
How old do I have to be?
Are there multiple types of .22 rifles?
Thanks, any extra information you want to add is appreciated!

And got the following answer:

As others have said, you have to be 18 to purchase a .22LR rifle in Texas.

Some suggestions on what rifle to buy, and approximate prices:

Ruger 10/22 ($250 new, $200 or less used)
Savage 64F ($150 new, $125 or less used)
Marlin 60 ($150-$200 new, $125 or less used)
Savage Mark II ($250 new, $200 or less used)

All of these use the same .22LR cartridges. The first three are semi-automatic (one shot per trigger pull, no need to recock the gun until you’re empty). The last one is a bolt action (you must operate the bolt between every shot). The advantage of a bolt action is that it is usually more accurate, is less likely to malfunction, and is often easier to clean.

Before you purchase a gun, or concurrent with your gun purchase, you should sign up for a firearms safety course of some sort. Hunting safety courses give much of the information you need, and they’re required for a hunting license anyway, so that would be a good choice.

catholicismalltheway asked What is a good price for a ruger 10/22 rifle?

Hi, I’m interested in getting a ruger 10/22 rifle for some simple target practice. I noticed that a lot of the small gun shops in my area have pretty inflated prices. What is a reasonable price for the stainless all weather model? Standard model? Also, what is the best national chain store that sells firearms (in terms of prices). Most walmarts stopped selling them. I would appreciate your input.

And got the following answer:

I have seen them on sale at Walmart for $180 for the standard blued version. You can usually pick-up a good used for $150…sometimes $125.

Wade Howard asked What is a good and affordable .22 rifle for target shooting?

I am looking at getting a .22 rifle for target shooting. Nothing fancy, just something to have some fun with. I have a price in my head, but am open to hear the opinions of others.
I occasionally go varmint hunting, so a gun with a scope is a plus.

And got the following answer:

A Savage 64F generally costs about $150, often with a scope included. Savage is pretty famous for excellent accuracy these days, so that would be my choice.

I’d stay away from the Mossberg 702 Plinkster if I were you. The Marlin 60 or 795 are both good guns, in the $150-$200 range, and the Ruger 10/22 will cost between $200-$250 most of the time.

If you’re willing to consider a bolt action rifle, the Savage Mk II is about $200-$250 as well, and quite accurate.

The most you should ever pay for a plinking and small game .22LR is about $250, $300 on the outside. Any more than that, and I’m of the opinion that you’re getting ripped off.

The ONLY potential .22LR rifle that might cost more and be worth it would be a lever-action, and you can probably find a nice used one for $250 or less.

EDIT: Gun shop, good. Pawn shop, bad. Most pawn shops have ridiculously high prices on their guns, knowing that suckers walk into pawn shops. Gun shops are usually far more reasonable, and what’s more, they actually know about guns. Not all pawn shops do.

Chris the 4th asked What guns should I buy to finish my collection? A good high power rifle and hand gun?

Already have a mossberg pump shotgun and a .22 rifle. Now I want a nice hand gun and a high powered rifle. WHat do you think? Mostly for sport and home protection.
The local gun store has a ruger 9mm for under $500, is that a good hand gun? And Was thinking AR 15?

And got the following answer:

Child,,,your collection will never be “done”.

Wait till the Winchester, Colt or Smith and Wesson bug infects you.
Give the AR a couple of months… people are asking scalper prices for them right now.

If you intend to train (classes) shoot IDPA or similar matches or want a good carry gun —I’d go Glock, M&P or XD before I’d plop down $500 for a Ruger semi auto

asked What is the best rifle I could get at dick’s sporting goods?

I’m looking for a rifle with a .22 caliber rifles price that packs alot more punch. It will be used mostly for defence against coyote’s.
Also with little to no recoil.

And got the following answer:

You can try a .22 Hornet, but Im not exactly sure what the price is on those nowadays. I know you can get it in Handi-rifle style, aslong as a few other.

For coyotes, you can use:
.223
.222
.22-250
.22 Hornet
.22lr (Preferably Mini Mag) (As long as you do your part as a hunter, as FMJ Says, you can use this one, and the ones below it)
.22WMR
.17HMR
.17Mach 2
And, a little bigger (And you can use them as a deer rifle):
.243
25-06
.270

~*~ Aidan’s Mommy ~*~ asked What is the best target rifle for a beginner?

I just started going to the range – and I’m addicted! A lady at the range had a ruger 22 rifle with a scope on it, and I would like to buy something similar. But, when I checked prices for that particular rifle they started at about $600. Are there any other rifles that are similar, or is there a different one that you would recommend for a beginner? Thanks! :o)

And got the following answer:

I am a certified rifle and pistol instructor. If you want to become a good marksman – start with a 22lr in a bolt action model. Preferably one without a magazine or tube feed. Learning to make each shot count is key to learning how to shoot well.

Yes, you could buy a Ruger 10/22 – I own about 4 of them – use them for hunting. When I go to the range and set up 10 targets mine twice as far away and are down in 10 rounds…….. when I see others with their 10/22 they still have 4 or 5 up and their 10rd mag is empty. You need to learn to walk before you run……… and learning on a bolt action single shot will teach you best, and, convserve ammo.
