Details emerge in Saturday night crash that killed Havasu man in Polaris RZR By MARCEL LOUIS-JACQUES/Today’s News-Herald Havasu News | 0comments The victim in Saturday nights fatal two-vehicle crash has been identified as 27-year-old, Samuel Bradley of Lake Havasu City. According to a Lake Havasu Police Department investigation, Bradleys 2011 Polaris RZR was parked in the middle of London Bridge Road with its lights off, when it was struck by a 2013 Chevrolet Passenger. The driver, 18-year-old Stevie Anderson, was traveling southbound on the dimly lit street, and had no time to react when the RZR came into her line of vision. The LHPD investigation determined Anderson was driving within the 35 mile-per-hour speed limit, and showed no signs of impairment. The impact ejected Bradley from his vehicle, and he instantly succumbed to his injuries.
